Simon has a good range of experience in advising clients on development projects throughout England and Wales.
He has provided advice on development projects including new residential developments, mixed-use schemes, commercial development and heritage proposals including listed building and conservation area developments.
Simon previously practised planning whilst working in private consultancy in South East England and Northern England as well as working in local government in North West England and Central London.
